The Board of Trustees of the Englewood on the Palisades Charter School is the official governing body for the school. The members of the board shall consist of six voting members comprised of parents, founders and members of the community at large. Additional members serving in an ex-officio capacity are the Principal and the Director of the Englewood on The Palisades Charter School.
